I do enjoy a gin martini now and again...but MartiniGuy is a big fan of vodka. That being said, this weekend was all about experimentation with Hendrick's - and again, I am reminded why this stuff is magical.
If you've never sipped this gin, you need to run right out and find a bottle now - immediately. No worries, I'll wait until you return...
Cool, welcome back.
Hendrick's is produced in small batches, distilled in Ayrshire, Scotland. While every gin is unique (ok, most are unique) in their infusion ingredients - Hendrick's departs from the usual "heavy in juniper" flavoring standard.
Best described as cucumber, rose petals & a hint of burnt orange - this gin amazingly smooth and lends itself well to a freezing martini. Enhance the flavoring with a simple cucumber slice garnish and you'll be enjoying the perfect martini.
No wonder we awarded Hendrick's Gin a 5 out of 5 olive rating at martiniart.com - take a look at our review.
Now, shake up a martini with Hendrick's! You can thank me later.
Cheers.
