This one is awesome. I love mixing chocolate martinis, but I usually pass them off to my guests (my favs are simple and dirty)...but this one is a desert in a martini glass. It is absolutely awesome.
Tart-Rocket Martini
Ingredients
- 4 ounces of Charbay Red Raspberry vodka
- 1 ounce of Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
- 6 frozen raspberries
The mix
- Add the vodka and chocolate liqueur to a shaker that is 3/4 full of cracked ice
- Shake like mad for a minute
- Strain into 2 freezing martini glasses and drizzle 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup into each
- Top each glass with 3 raspberries
- Enjoy!
