A coconut lime martini to remind you of summer

It might be freezing cold in much of the USA (it is out here in Martini-Michigan) - but I think you'll agree that one sip of this martini and you just might feel a summer breeze.

Coco-Lime Martini

3 ounces of Charbay Key Lime vodka
1 ounce of Kalani Coconut liqueur (I would imagine you can sub most good quality coconut liqueurs)
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1 teaspoon shredded coconut

All liquid ingredients go into a shaker 3/4 full of cracked ice (except the coconut milk). Shake like mad and strain into a freezing martini glass. Drizzle in the coconut milk and top with shredded coconut. Cheers

Super Pumpkin Martini

• 1 ounce vodka
• 3 ounces of white chocolate liqueur
• 3/4 ounce pumpkin schnapps
• Cinnamon stick
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Add your liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker 3/4 full of cracked ice. Shake like mad and strain into a freezing martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and add a cinnamon stick. Sip and enjoy.
