If you've never tried Hendrick's gin...it is time.
In years past, I pretty much stuck to vodka (and I do love vodka), but was introduced to Hendricks gin at a very cool river-front bistro in Toronto, Canada while on a long weekend.
Hendrick's is a gin crafted in Scotland that features an amazing infusion of cucumber & rose petals - among other delicious flavors.
This past weekend, while in Chicago, I had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful martini at Blueprint (a fantastic restaurant located at the Merchandise Mart). Our excellent server (Jeremy) was keen enough to suggest a special "Cucumber, dill Hendrick's martini."
It was delicious and looked great too.
Kudos to Blueprint on some fine food, great service and amazing martinis.
Cheers!
Thank you for the tip about Hendricks. It's worth checking into. Thanks.
